Would you like to join us in our quest to build our Talent Leadership Development? For this new position, we are looking for our Headmaster, who will build and lead our Element Academy.
You will be responsible for Element Logic Academy general competence mapping & development, and together with our top management identify individual learning initiatives that facilitate employee development. Our company is growing at a fast rate, and we need to ensure that key talent gets the right development opportunities to effectively lead the organization towards strategic goals, that meets the current and future needs of Element Logic.
This position will be essential in building the next chapter in our HR-organization, where our primary goal is to further establish and emphasize HR as an even stronger value generator in our company.
This position will report to CHRO (HR Director).
Main objectives:
- Manage and further develop the hiring and onboarding strategy and experience
- Assist in the creation of internal company career paths, carrier development and succession planning
- Identify high potential individuals in the onboarding process, determine work abilities, and professional support needed to engage and retain new talent
- Develop a strategy for Learning & Development and Performance Management in all our markets
- Refining structures for management development and training
- Contribute to our transition in the way we learn, cooperate and drive innovation
- Further develop HR standing and value throughout the company from ground level, corporate management and mid management.
Required education and experience:
- Minimum 3-years university degree
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in strategic competence development, training of employees and development of employees in all levels of an organization
- Knowledge of how to utilize technology to optimize our workflow is an advantage

- A strategic as well as an operational mindset
- Structured and comfortable in handling several tasks at the same time
- Secure and confident manager who employs trust and has the ability and desire to succeed through others
- Delivers high quality and strives for superior level of professional integrity
- Passionate in professional development of others
- Ability to handle difficult and uncomfortable situations, and challenge management when needed
Languages:
- Proficient in English, both written and orally
- Proficiency in Scandinavian and third language is an advantage
