You will be part of our top management team and you will also be responsible for building and developing the Element Logic Explore organisation, both through organic growth and M&A.
We are looking for a strong business oriented leader who dares to think beyond existing paths and standards. You have a clear strategic vision, you are customer centric and have the ability to foresee business possibilities - you will be key to the future of Element Logic.

- Build Element Logic’s transformation and innovation strategy
- Build Element Logic Explore organisation
- Member of the top management team
- Building revenue from new business models
- Understand the customer journey from the customers perspective
- University degree (minimum BA-level)
- 5-7 years relevant experience from tech-driven business
- Experience from Management Consulting is an advantage
- Leadership experience
- Outstanding ability to make thing happens, and work systematically with an analytical and strategic approach
- A talent for identifying business opportunities
- Open minded
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A passion for innovation and technology
- Proficient in English, both written and orally
