Product Manager Turfpal
TLS was founded in 2012 and is backed by staff with more than 20 years of experience in the turf industry.
Our sister company, RA Aluminium, has more than 30 years experience in design and fabrication of advanced CE marked aluminium products. Our combined capacity ensures you effective, safe, easy to operate and cost-effective turf grow lighting solutions.

TLS is expanding and evolving to ensure we are at the forefront of new technology and advanced technical support.
TLS is constantly developing new rigs and uses feedback from our customers when adding new features.We are launching several new TLS products in order to be a more complete supplier to the sports grass industry. The goal is for all TLS products to be able to be monitored, controlled, and managed via our in-house developed software Turfpal. By collecting data from equipment and sensors placed on the grass pitches, we can put this into a system and use a scientific approach to achieve the best possible pitch.
RA Turf Lightning Solutions has developed a turf centered software who gives you a complete and easy to use overview of all turf related workflow. By gathering detailed information from a variety of sources, Turfpal gives you functionality such as an operation and activity planner, management of machinery, equipment, inventory and warehouse and turf monitoring and control. In total, Turfpal gives you everything you need to completely manage your turf to be at the highest possible level.
As a Product Manager for Turfpal, you will be responsible for the technical management and leadership of Turfpal software platform, stretching from the strategic development to maintain the daily operations all around the world. You are customer-centric and eager to understand customer needs. You have a high drive for results and have a problem-solving mindset. You are organized and can communicate clearly with your colleagues, partners and customers. You find it exciting travelling all over the world visiting our existing and potential new customers.

Main tasks:
- Driving the development, improvement and operation of the Turfpal software platform.
- Collaborate and follow up with external suppliers.
- Contribute to commercializing Turfpal and show great interest in how we can capitalize on technological developments in this field.
- Ensure close dialogue with sales and operations teams so that the solutions developed are meeting real needs.
- Assist internally with technical training and technical support for the product.
- Keep track of relevant technologies and product trends in the industry and market.
- Deliver user-friendly solutions.
- Maintain and adhere to all applicable QA and HSE policies and procedures, safe working practices, and personal protective equipment.
Qualifications:
- Degree relevant to position or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the operation and development of digital products and solutions.
- Solid technical understanding.
- Experience of requiring integrations between internal and external systems.
- Good English skills, both written and oral. Other spoken languages considered a plus.
