Sales Manager who is sharing our views of the increasingly dysfunctional digital advertising industry. Join us to fight for transparency and privacy.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Sales Manager Netherlands will be responsible for setting up the Dutch organization, initiate marketing activities, hiring sales staff (advisors) and a Customer Success team to successfully build a position on the Dutch market.
The Kobler Netherlands location will be in the Randstad region.
Areas of responsibility will be:
- Hiring of staff for Kobler NL
- Setting up infrastructure
- Responsible for delivering the sales budget
- Building and maintaining contact with our customers:
- Media agencies. Both network and independent
- Marketing agencies
- Direct Advertisers
- Contact with Dutch publishers in close coordination with our publishing team in Oslo
- Contribute to the further development of the Kobler platform by sharing customer feedback and own suggestions
- Building the Kobler culture in NL
- Initiate marketing activities; workshops, breakfast seminars, congress sponsoring etc
- Whatever else needs to be done in a scale-up company
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- To be able to communicate effectively with people in different industries and with different educational backgrounds. Important to understand how communication works and is able to understand the communication needs from both agencies and advertisers
- Experience in Programmatic Sales
- Experience in working with publishers and working in a scale-up business would be a bonus!

Education and experience
Education level is not decisive. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education. Programmatic sales is an example of relevant experience. And a large and active network in the agency and advertising landscape in NL is a must!
Dutch and English at business level is required. More languages are a benefit.
